The membership fee provides direct access to your care team through a variety of contact methods. Rather than being required to schedule an office visit, care can be received through direct phone call, text message, video chat, or in person so that care is convenient for you. While not required, we do encourage patients to maintain healthcare coverage to cover the cost of emergency or specialty care, and referrals from the Concierge Program where insurance may be utilized.
