And with endless options to customize the smoothie mixture and toppings, once you start making your own a\u00e7a\u00ed bowls at home, you&#8217;ll look for ways to perfect the already-perfect concoction for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack!<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basic A\u00e7a\u00ed Bowl Recipe<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 packets unsweetened frozen a\u00e7a\u00ed berry blend (Costco carries a wonderful blend)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>1 cup additional frozen fruit of your choice (berries, pineapple and peaches are all delicious additions)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>\u00bd-1 cup liquid of your choice (milk or non-dairy alternative, juice or water)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Toppings (the options are endless!)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Fresh or frozen berries<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Bananas, pineapple, peaches, nectarines or any other seasonal fruit<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Granola (lots of great options in the cereal aisle or make your own!)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Chia seeds or chia pudding (link to https:\/\/www.vailhealth.org\/news\/the-magic-of-chia-seeds)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Peanut or almond butter (try heating in the microwave for 30-60 seconds for a drizzle effect)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Local honey<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Coconut flakes<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Nuts (sliced almonds, pepitas)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Flax seed<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Chocolate chips (if you dare!)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Dried fruit (cranberries, chopped apricots, goji berries)<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Direcciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a high-powered blender, combine the a\u00e7a\u00ed berry packets, frozen fruit and liquid of choice.
