Welcome to Vail Health’s Transition to Practice (TTP) Program for New Grad Registered Nurses-a Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)<\/a> that propels your nursing career to new heights. Our comprehensive program is meticulously designed to guide you through this crucial transitional phase, providing a supportive and enriching environment where you can thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
