The invested dollars are determined by the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vailhealth.org\/community\/outreach\/community-benefit-and-engagement-activities\">Community Health Needs Assessment<\/a><\/strong>. Through a collective impact model, Vail Health and its partners are able to help improve the health and wellness of our community members.
