To expedite the process, you may email a scanned copy along with a copy of the patient&#8217;s valid photo ID to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:medical.records@vailhealth.org\">medical.records@vailhealth.org<\/a>&nbsp;OR fax the completed form and a copy of the patient&#8217;s valid photo ID to Medical Records at (970) 470-6641. Please specify if you would like to pick up the copies in person, or have us fax or&nbsp;mail them to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: Requests for medical records are processed in the order they are received. Medical records will be delivered within 10 days upon receipt of request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accessing Imaging Documents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vail Health is partnering with the PowerShare\u2122 Network to provide you free and secure access to your diagnostic imaging exams whenever you need them.
