This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort. The Sonographer works closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality imaging services.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Lo que har\u00e1s:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform all Sonographic examinations according to Vail Health protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Revisar cada examen para determinar su precisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, enviar los ex\u00e1menes completados al radi\u00f3logo y comunicar los datos pertinentes a las personas responsables del cuidado del paciente despu\u00e9s del procedimiento.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Determine the best method of obtaining exams with minimal or no supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory of supplies and orders when stock is low.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the exam room stocked and neat.<\/li>\n<li>Identify each patient and reviews exam order for consistency of examination ordered with clinical diagnosis.<\/li>\n<li>Review consistency of all demographic information including physician\u2019s name and signature, patient\u2019s name, and date.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain constructive collaborative communication with patients, families, physicians, co-workers, and other members of health care team to contribute to continuity of care.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain established department policies and procedures, objectives, confidentiality, quality assurance, safety, environmental standards, radiation protection standards, infection control standards, and universal precautions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain working knowledge and use of the Vail Health HIS and PACS computer systems to ensure quality patient documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in departmental and team meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Otras responsabilidades que se le asignen.<\/li>\n<li>Modela los principios de una Cultura Justa y de Valores Organizacionales.<\/li>\n<li>Debe cumplir con HIPAA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Esta descripci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 destinada y no debe interpretarse como una lista exhaustiva de todas las responsabilidades, habilidades y esfuerzos o condiciones de trabajo asociadas con el puesto.
