Learn more about Vail Health <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vailhealth.org\/about\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\"><strong>This is a full time, winter seasonal, position.\u00a0 This role will be paid as a salaried position for the 3&#215;12 hour shifts during the winter season.\u00a0 Eligible for season completion bonus.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>About the opportunity:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The Advanced Practice Provider will work under the direction of designated Colorado Mountain (CMM) Physicians to provide health care services and complete associated administrative duties.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>What you will do:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services in conjunction with busy physician team.<\/li>\n<li>Take medical histories, examine, and treat patients, order and interpret laboratory tests and x-rays, refill medications, make diagnoses\/differential diagnoses<\/li>\n<li>Treat minor injuries, lacerations, musculoskeletal injuries.<\/li>\n<li>Prescribe appropriate medications.<\/li>\n<li>Keep and maintain accurate, timely, and proper medical and business records to allow the hospital to bill and collect for services.<\/li>\n<li>Performs non-patient facing work duties, including but not limited to, patient messages, eRx, document review, lab results management and other remote patient facing needs as directed by and in conjunction with the Physicians.<\/li>\n<li>Role models the principals of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div><strong>This description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills and efforts or work conditions associated with the job.
