Tras su carrera competitiva en el esqu\u00ed, obtuvo su licenciatura en Fisiolog\u00eda Integrativa en la Universidad de Colorado en Boulder, donde descubri\u00f3 su pasi\u00f3n por la fisioterapia. Gabbi continu\u00f3 sus estudios para obtener su doctorado en Fisioterapia (DPT) en el Campus M\u00e9dico Anschutz de la Universidad de Colorado. Tras graduarse, regres\u00f3 al valle de Vail, donde trabaj\u00f3 como fisioterapeuta de temporada con Howard Head Sports Medicine. Ahora est\u00e1 comenzando su residencia en medicina deportiva y est\u00e1 emocionada por continuar sirviendo a la comunidad de monta\u00f1a a la que llama hogar.
