Karen was born and raised in Minnesota and completed her undergraduate degree College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN. She completed her doctorate of physical therapy degree from Regis University in Denver, CO. Karen is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and specializes in post-operative care, running related injuries, running gait analysis and women’s pelvic health.
