Raised in North Carolina and Arkansas, Abby moved to Oklahoma to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree at Oklahoma State University. Post-graduation, she moved to Texas to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Upon graduation, she worked in outpatient orthopedics in Wilmington, NC prior to moving to the Vail Valley for residency training in sports. Abby is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is passionate about optimizing the performance of tactical and sports athletes of all levels.
